I hardly ever get my hair done professionally beca I hardly ever get my hair done professionally because I can do it myself (thanks YouTube) but I’ve been drooling over @gosleekhair @hausofgosleek and so I finally called and it was worth the wait 🙌🏽 It's giving shine. It's giving body. It's giving gorgeous.

Now the real question here is how long do you go between trims because it's about a year for me and apparently that's not ok 😅
As usual, I’m late for something. Yesterday was As usual, I’m late for something. Yesterday was national spouses day, and I can’t not shout out my own husband. When he married me he took on the role of not just husband but bonus dad to my babies. He promised to love them in addition to me. He spoils, he protects, he prays, and he loves us with absolutely everything he has. The sacrifices he has made for me are too numerous to list here and I am forever grateful.

Thank you for being so wonderful @daverod01 and can you be sure to make dinner reservations for tomorrow night when you see this 😅😘

Let let me introduce to salt crusted branzino which is possibly the most amazing meal on the planet.

All you need is below and I’ll link the recipe in stories 😉

1 whole fish
1 Lemon, sliced
Fresh herb sprigs (such as parsley, oregano, thyme), for stuffing
2 lbs Kosher salt
1 Olive oil, Extra-virgin
3/4 cup Water
4 egg whites
We are so much more complex than what we share on We are so much more complex than what we share on these apps. Our lives have more highs and lows than what we can show online. The people around us are more valuable to us that we can express in a few photos or videos. Let today be the day you focus on what really matters. Tell someone you love them. Make someone smile. Soak up a fun experience without stressing about capturing the perfect photo of it.

As a content creator this is so hard for me to do sometimes but when I let go of my phone and instead grab hold oh the people or hobbies I love I’m never sorry!

🌟 What’s one thing you love to do that maybe people don’t know or get to see?
We tried to turn Emilia into a ballerina with @tut We tried to turn Emilia into a ballerina with @tutuschoolhalcyon and let’s just say it’s not her thing 😂 but if you’re in the area and looking for an amazing activity I highly recommend them.

Em’s favorite part was the waiting area and the pillows on the chairs. She also colored all over the floor so we are probably not allowed back anyway 😅

Thanks for trying and not kicking us out @tutuschoolhalcyon 💖
First things first, I have to give a HUGE thank yo First things first, I have to give a HUGE thank you to @childrensatl for the most amazing care. Emilia was a preemie and has always been small but add in expressive speech delay, multiple severe food allergies, difficulty maintaining weight and refusal of most food and her first 2 years were a challenge to put it kindly.

We were referred out to CHOA ( @childrensatl ) and immediately put into evaluations and testing. We got used to dragging Em into full day appointments. We balanced older siblings, a traveling dad, and day to day things that had to be pushed off. The staff has been rooting for her from day 1. On the days I sat in offices crying from exhaustion or confusion they listened and waited patiently so they could be sure I understand recommendations.

Not knowing what’s wrong with your child and seeing them struggle with anything is hard but seeing Emilia refusing to eat any foods and not gaining weight was terrifying. I’m so glad her doctors listened to my worries and that CHOA was as amazing as they are. We did a repeat allergy test and a biopsy of her esophagus and found out she does not have EoE 🙌🏽 her little throat looks absolutely perfect.

Emilia’s food allergies have to be tested again when she can better verbalize how she’s feeling (probably in a year). We’re waiting for a spot in the intensive feeding therapy program still but she’s finally gaining some weight. We have a better understanding of what her body can and can’t tolerate and most of all, now she’s communicating better and is a happy little girl! I was terrified of her having eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) and what it would mean for her going forward but for now we are all clear!

🙌🏽🙌🏽
